Justin Phillips believes in going above and beyond in all aspects of real estate and has been striving to ease the stress of the buying or selling process since 2006. Using extensive systems and processes, Justin can make sure his clients receive guidance every step of the process whether they are buying, selling, investing, or building a new home from scratch! Justin was also a licensed Colorado Architect and he uses that background to provide more services to his clients than any other Realtor in Colorado! Whether he is drawing up a floor plan, building a scale model of his clients’ home, or giving experienced insight on interior design or home renovations, his greatest reward is handing the keys to his clients and seeing their smiling faces as they prepare for their next chapter in real estate.
